Supplements that Changed my Life!

About 5 years ago my health journey was derailed as my energy levels were at their lowest and depleted by afternoon and evening. That is what I felt on the inside but on the outside, it might not have been obvious.

Five years ago, I came across a line of supplements that changed my life. I was the queen of supplements but hated swallowing them, and I was terribly inconsistent.

Everyone these days or so it seems, is on some sort of supplement regimen. They are all advertised as the best but I have never ever seen the transformational health testimonies like this line.

I was beyond happy to find the supplements that I have consistently used for the past 5 years!

I was a little overweight but to most people, I was not.

I know my short torsoed body has nowhere for those pounds to pack. It doesn’t take much weight gain to feel sluggish, unhealthy, and develop a negative self-image.

Can you relate?

Yes, our bodies aren’t important in the long run but we have to live with them in the meantime.

I hear plenty of people bemoan that they can’t stay healthy because their health issue is hereditary.

You can at least try!

So there is high blood pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, back issues, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and who knows what else in my family history.

Do I give up or do my best with the gift God gave me in my body?

I have a message that matters to share with the world and it is much harder to do in a hurting and unhealthy body.

But if God allows, my desire is to stay on my health journey.

I’d love to share a little about my supplements that make it possible to get up and go strong and live to the full.

Did you know that many supplements use forms of sugar like maltodextrin? I Googled it a while back and decided to avoid it as much as possible. I would rather have Stevia in my supplement drink because it has zero calories and doesn’t cause an insulin spike.

This might not be important to you but after really taking considerable time on research I realized that my supplements were better than ever!

So every single morning I drink my pink drink.

Like every single solitary day!

There are two Plexus Slims.

One is the Microbiome Slimwhich balances your gut issues. It might be the best one to start with. If you want to lose weight, you will probably not really start losing until you get healthier.

I love Hunger Control Slim because it really does help me to control my cravings. It especially controls hunger once you get healthier and BALANCE cravings that may be out-of-control in your body.

Along with Slim, I take two supplements. BioCleanse and ProBio5 because they work synergistically with Slim and have wonderful benefits.
