The Hope in Anxiety Bible Reading Plan is a devotional guide designed to help you find hope from anxiety through Scripture writing and journaling.

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, leaving us restless and uncertain about the future. But as followers of Christ, we don’t have to walk this journey alone.
God’s Word offers peace, strength, and hope in our struggles. The Hope in Anxiety Bible Reading Plan is designed to guide you through 30 powerful Scripture passages that address anxiety and reassure you that God is in control.
If you’ve been part of my community for a while, you may have already downloaded other Bible Reading Plans from my digital shop. My goal will be to create one new Bible Reading Plan each month, helping you deepen your walk with Jesus.
But if you’re new here, welcome! I’m so glad you found this resource.
The Hope in Anxiety Bible Reading Plan
This 30-day plan is a carefully curated list of Scripture verses that speak to the heart of anxiety and how we can find peace in Christ. Each passage reveals God’s promises of protection, provision, and presence, reminding us that we are never alone in our fears.
A Personal Reflection on Anxiety
I thought my anxiety was high when my little children were in a potentially dangerous situation.
Now that they are grown, I find myself worrying over their safety but especially their spiritual safety. That’s why I desperately need verses like the ones in our Hope in Anxiety Bible Reading Plan.
Anxiety can be over almost any perceived situation, and we need God to uphold and comfort us with His arms.
What to Expect in the Hope in Anxiety Bible Reading Plan
Each day, you’ll read a verse that helps you surrender your anxiety as you trust the Lord.
As you meditate on these passages, I encourage you to journal your thoughts, write prayers, and seek the Lord in your anxious moments.
Let His Word transform your heart and bring you peace that surpasses understanding.
