Fear might even have such a hold on your life that you don’t even realize it! Does it grip you so tight and are you so used to it that you hardly realize it is there?
Living fearlessly is so tied to trusting the Lord. It is about living courageously like Joshua did when he fearlessly entered the Promised Land.

Fear is something that can grip your life sooo tight without you hardly realizing its suffocating claws are around your neck.
My husband leaves for work at 4 am and a few years ago, at 5:15 am, I heard someone running through the house and down the stairs to the basement. I knew both my husband and son had left for work.
Unreasonable fear gripped my heart!
I quietly got dressed, got my purse and keys, then tip-toed to the kitchen door.
As I was walking across the deck to our van (with the intention of driving to safety), my husband comes calmly walking past the deck to the garage.
He thought it was hilarious but me? Not so much!
You see, fear can grip our hearts and cause our reasoning to become irrational.

10 Verses for Living Fearlessly
1. Isaiah 43:1 – Living fearlessly because He has redeemed you!
But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob,
And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by your name; You are Mine. Isaiah 43:1
2. Jeremiah 29:11 – Living fearlessly because your hope is in God!
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
3. Deuteronomy 31:6 – Living fearlessly because God will not leave you!
Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
4. Deuteronomy 31:8 – Living fearlessly because God goes before you!

7. Psalm 34:7 – Living fearlessly because the angel of the Lord delivers you!
The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him,

8. Romans 8:28 – Living fearlessly because God has a wonderful purpose for your life!
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
9. 1 John 4:18 – Living fearlessly because love casts out ALL fear!
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18
10. Psalm 18:2 – Living fearlessly because the Lord is my strength!
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
