Studying Romans Through Bible Journaling

Studying Romans Through Bible Journaling is the best way to internalize how God is speaking to your heart.

Have you ever read through the entire book of Romans?

If not, I’d like to invite you to read the Book of Romans with me. Maybe you’re a little intimidated and thoughts like, “It’s too hard to understand” have crossed your mind.

What I’m going to suggest is that you read through Romans this month and journal about it. Instead of not reading it at all, jump right in and see how the Holy Spirit speaks to you.

You won’t be disappointed!

Studying Romans and How It Will Work

Have you decided to join me?

First, you need a plan or your plan will be forgotten!

You’ll want to DOWNLOAD the Romans Bible Reading Plan to pace your way through the month. You’ll find the PDF in the link below. You’ll be taken to a page where you can learn more about it. This is my gift to you!

If you are good at skimming, I’m sure you could read Romans in one sitting. If you want to get an overview of Romans, that would be fine.

BUT . . . when I spend time with Jesus I’d rather not rush. It’s better to SOAK in the verses and see if there is a special verse the Lord is imprinting on your heart.

That is why Romans is divided into shorter passages that will take you a month to study.

I will be sharing a verse each day along with a journaling art selection and a short devotional. I want to encourage you to write out one verse and draw about it.

No worries if you’re not an artist.

When I started Bible Journaling, I had not drawn anything since I was in grade school. I seriously doubt if God is concerned about your artistic ability. He is pleased when you do your part in drawing (pun intended) closer to Jesus.

Let me know how this is blessing you and if you are stretching your artistic muscles.

Romans Bible Reading Plan

Instead of being intimidated because you’re not a pastor or theologian (someone who excels in studying the Bible), download the Romans Bible Reading Plan and get started today!

This study is designed to be easy and fit into any mom’s schedule. It is better to spend 15 minutes with Jesus than no time at all. You’ll be amazed at what you can do in a short amount of time.

Would you like some help drawing closer to Jesus? If so, you’ll love Jesus Journaling on Facebook. It’s a private group where devotionals are shared every day. I share Monday through Friday (and maybe the weekends too) and other ladies share devotionals, easy ways to journal without art, and fun ways to study your Bible. The fellowship is sweet too!

Will you be studying Romans?

Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began 26 but now made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures made known to all nations, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, for obedience to the faith— 27 to God, alone wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. Amen. Romans 16:25-27
